As a provider of professional tutoring services for secondary school and college students, Studienkreis needed the kind of decentralised structures that are typical of a successful medium-sized enterprise. That is why the Cornelson Group decided to sell the company to AURELIUS. The Operational Task Force appointed a highly qualified senior management team, implemented a digital road map and promoted both organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
The initiatives saw Studienkreis transformed into a highly profitable enterprise. Ultimately, Studienkreis became the second-ranked provider of tutoring services in the German-speaking countries of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
