Fritz Seemann is the Co-Lead at AURELIUS Operational Advisory.

He joined AURELIUS in 2009, initially in the AURELIUS Operations Advisory, and ultimately ascended to the management team. He was responsible for numerous major transformations of portfolio companies (including Blaupunkt, Secop, Solidus, OfficeDepot, Distrelec) and played a leading role in the development of the AURelius Operating Model (AUROM) and the Transformation Framework.

He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from TU Berlin and wrote his master’s thesis while studying at MIT under an international scholarship. He began his career as a management consultant at Droege Group. He later became a partner at a private equity-focused consulting and interim boutique.
