AURELIUS Finance Company Provides Bespoke £8m Acquisition Funding Facility to Whitefurze Limited

London, April 28, 2026 – AURELIUS Finance Company, the Private Debt segment of AURELIUS, has delivered – at pace – a highly bespoke £8m facility, which comprises both a revolving asset-based loan and a cashflow loan to support RD Capital Partners’ acquisition of Whitefurze Limited. RDCP is a diversified UK investment group, employing more than 2,000 people across multiple sectors in the UK. Its portfolio of businesses generates over £160m in annual revenue and c£30m of EBITDA.
Whitefurze is an established UK manufacturer of recyclable household, storage and garden products, founded in 1978 and operating from Coventry and Nuneaton. The business benefits from a diversified customer base of more than 220 retailers, supported by long-standing relationships. Whitefurze stands apart from global competitors by offering more durable, longer-lasting products. As a result of its strong strategic standing, Whitefurze is a well performing business, delivering solid levels of EBITDA.
