Grünwald/Berlin, August 10, 2022 – Ringbeck GmbH (“Ringbeck” or “Ringbeck-Group”), a portfolio company of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG (“AURELIUS Growth Investments”), has acquired Flöter & Uszkureit Garten-, Landschafts- und Sportplatzbau GmbH (“Flöter & Uszkureit”). Like Ringbeck, Flöter & Uszkureit offers high-quality gardening and landscaping services. In addition, the company operates in the field of sport fields construction services. Flöter & Uszkureit has an attractive site in Berlin, which complements the Ringbeck Group’s existing locations. Following the investment in Ringbeck in February 2021, Flöter & Uszkureit represents Ringbeck’s fourth add-on-acquisition in just 18 months, and underlines AURELIUS Growth Investments’ strategy of actively expanding portfolio companies through acquisitions of market participants.
