On July 8, 2022, connexta GmbH (“connexta”), a portfolio company of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG (“AURELIUS Growth Investments”), acquired Brinova Systemhaus GmbH (“Brinova”). Brinova focuses on the planning, implementation and support of high-availability IT infrastructures. The acquisition of Brinova, as the sixth acquisition of connexta, is in line with AURELIUS Growth Investments’ strategy of actively expanding its portfolio companies through strategic acquisitions of other market participants.
