London / Luxembourg / Milan, July 23 – AURELIUS announces the appointment of Massimo Vendramini as Managing Director and Head of Southern Europe at AURELIUS Investment Advisory. He will be based at AURELIUS´ Milan office. The hire further strengthens AURELIUS´ strong commitment to the market and follows the recent investment in Dayco Propulsion Solutions which has a significant operating footprint in Italy.

Massimo brings to AURELIUS a wealth of experience in M&A and private equity, together with a strong network of relevant relationships in the local market. Before joining AURELIUS, he led the origination and execution of several mid-market investments in Italy, focusing on businesses with international sales and operations, while also supporting subsequent add-ons and exit processes.
