Andrew Roth is a Managing Director at AURELIUS Investment Advisory.

Since joining AURELIUS in 2017, he has led and completed numerous transactions, including the acquisitions of Filtrona, Cromwell Tools, Pullman Fleet Solutions and Moveero, as well as the sale of Office Depot Europe to Raja Group.

Prior to joining AURELIUS, Andrew was part of Deloitte’s Transaction Services team, where he advised large-cap private equity investors on financial due diligence and transaction-related matters. He holds a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
